Anywhere from a minimum of 64% of ingredients up to 99.8% of ingredients in our products are organic. We are constantly striving to increase the percentage of natural ingredients in our products to match the quality and effectiveness of Aloe in our products.

Beginning in 2022, all new products introduced by our brand have at least 95% naturally derived ingredients and we are in the process of upgrading all of our existing products to match this commitment by the end of 2023.

We do not have any SD alcohol, aloe powders, parabens, phthalates, or sodium lauryl sulfate in our products and are actively in the process of reformulating our products to remove unnatural aroma/scent from all of our products.

Unlike nearly every other skin care company, ALODERMA organically grows the primary ingredient in every product we make – Aloe Vera. By controlling every element of the process from when Aloe Vera goes in the ground to when it is harvested and end products are created within 12 hours of harvest, we are able to guarantee Fresh Aloe Skin Care for our customers.

No other company is able to logistically get aloe from the ground to end products within 12 Hours of Harvest. By utilizing a patented SATT process and having ourskin care manufacturing facilities located on site at our farms, ALODERMA ensures that only the highest quality products reach our customers. Every ALODERMA product contains between 65% and 99.8% Organic Fresh Aloe. This allows customers to get the most bioactive aloe vera in every one of our products.

Some of our existing products do contain minor and subtle amounts of artificial scent.  However as of fall 2022, we are actively in the process
of reformulating all of our products and as part of that process, we are removing all artificial scent from our products and replacing it natural scent and essential oils.

Depending on the product, we find that our aloe gels are highly dependent on your usage and that our skin care products last most consumers anywhere from 8 weeks for our cleansers up to 3-5 months for our other skin care products.

As with all skin care products, we recommend thoroughly washing your hands prior to applying skin care products, in particular when handling products in jars.

Absolutely not.  We are committed to natural and sustainable ingredients and our farms are managed using biodynamic organic growing techniques. Since our company was founded in 1999, we have never tested any of our products on animals.

ALODERMA uses a combination of safe, gentle and natural ingredients that are best suited for each product and preserve the benefits of the aloe and other natural ingredients in our products. All of our products are shelf stable, however we recommend using products within 12 months once opened.

We get this question frequently and it is something we pride ourselves on.

These products are grown on our owned and operated farms in southern China, where we have been operating for over twenty years. Our farms are certified USDA, EU, and China organic by ECOCERT. We were one of the first farms in all of China to be certified organic by ECOCERT. Our farms are one of a very select few in all of China that has also been designated as a Certified Eco-Origin Products due to the environmentally sustainable methods we use on our farms. Our farms are actually frequented by nearly 250,000 visitors annually and held up as an example of Sino-American cooperation and the proper way to integrate sustainable operations into the community in which we operate.

A combination of unique geography, volcanic soils, and sustainable agriculture lead to aloe with some of the highest concentrations of Acemannan, aloe’s most studied active compound, in the world. Furthermore, our factory where we process and package our aloe drinks and skin care is located within 5 minutes of our farms, which allows us to process all our aloe and turn it into finished products within 12 Hours of Harvest without the use of any harsh chemicals, high temperature treatment or charcoal filtering, which would diminish the natural biological activity found in aloe. This process has been patented and is unique to AloeCure and ALODERMA products. Our factory has also been ISO and GMP certified.

Contrary to most people's understanding, China is actually the primary source of most skin care ingredients amd much more common than most U.S. consumers realize. Most skin care companies have zero connection to where the ingredients that go in their product are sourced and instead rely on a commoditized ingredient market that provides little to no visibility into where the actual ingredients come from.

We are extremely proud of the fact that we are vertically integrated and full line of site visibility into where our products come from and believe that we should provide that same level of visibility to our customers.

This is one of our most frequently received questions. Yes, our aloe vera gel, as well as our fresh aloe hydrator are suitable for use on your pets. Like humans, we always recommend testing a small amount prior to widespread use.
