Doug founded AGHG in 1999 in Seattle, Washington. Doug attended Dartmouth College and graduated in 1968 with Honors in Government. He attended Yale Law School and graduated with a JD and honors in 1971.
Doug worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for King County and was a founding partner in the Seattle Law firm of Mortenson and Jewett. He was elected three times as the City Attorney (1977;1981 and 1985) for Seattle, and served as the President of the National City Attorneys in 1989.
From 1990 to the present Doug has been a serial entrepreneur serving as a Founder for a long string of technology startups. Concurrent with his founding of AGHG, Doug served as CEO of Ramgen Power Systems from 1997-2013, a clean-tech engineering research and development firm. Doug has always had a love for Natural Organic Products and China, which he was finally able to bring together when he founded AGHG.
Jonathan spent one very influential summer in China during his childhood and considerable time in China during the summer break while attending the University of Washington, where he graduated with a BA in Business Administration in 2003.
Post-graduation, Jon joined AGHG and moved to China where he assumed the role of Financial Controller and acting General Manager of AGHG’s nascent Chinese operations. In 2006, Jon left AGHG to move back to the U.S. and took a job in Minneapolis with Piper Jaffray Co., where he served as an Analyst and then Associate with the firm until 2009. Jon then returned to Seattle in early 2009 to join an advertising technology firm, AdExpose as a Business Development Manager. In 2010, Jon moved to a similar role at Marchex, where he rose to become the Director of Partner Management and managed a team focused on growing online performance advertising on behalf of Marchex's advertising clients.
Jon returned to AGHG in May 2019 to take on the CEO role.
Lixiu graduated from the Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology in July 1997 with a BS in environmental engineering. Following graduation, Lixiu's first job was in environmental protection with Jilin Petrochemical Company. In 2001, Lixiu took a position with Hangzhou Wahaha Company, one of the largest bottled water producers in China, as a Quality Control Technician.
In 2004, Lixiu joined Taishan AGHG Aloe Products Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of AGHG, as a Quality Control Supervisor where she quickly proved herself to be extremely capable and a leader. Lixiu was one of the key members to develop AGHG’s patented SATT Aloe processing technology.
In 2006, Lixiu was promoted to General Manager of Taishan AGHG Aloe Products Co., Ltd. (AGHGs primary Chinese subsidiary). In this role, Lixiu has been the driving force behind the ALODERMA skin care line and helped grow it from a startup business line to more than 200 stores in the domestic Chinese market and rapidly expanding international brand recognition and sales. Lixius has a encyclopedic understanding of the skin care industry and a tireless work ethic and devotion to producing unrivaled natural skin care products.
